Mindful Movement Yoga with Jo
How do you feel about your body? Do you enjoy as full a range of movement and strength as you would like? How about your mind? Is it calm and focused?
I am a Yoga and Mindfulness teacher and have found a way of working with people in my classes that helps them come home to their bodies and calm their minds.
These are fairly dynamic classes but I am very able when it comes to managing mixed ability groups so please don't be afraid to come and try even if you are completely new to Yoga. You do need to be able to bear some weight through your wrists though and get up and down from the floor even if it takes some doing. It will all get easier with practice I promise!
So if you are looking for a class that will help you develop strength, mobility and flexibility, as well as give you some time to breathe and step out of your busy life and mind then this might be just the thing.
You can book a taster class for £8.00 and if you enjoy the class and would like a place you buy blocks of four consecutive classes for £30.00 (£32.00 in Melbourne).
Classes in Derby run on Monday evenings (5.45 to 6.45 and 7.00 to 8.00), Tuesday and Wednesday mornings (9.30 - 10.30 and 10.45-11.45), Thursday evenings (5.45 to 6.45 and 7.00 - 8.00) and Saturday mornings 9.30-10.30. These classes take place in the Studio at The Bridge Centre for Natural Health, Mickleover.
The Monday and Thursday evening classes are currently full but please get in touch if you would like to go onto the waiting list and/or come and try a class in the meantime.

I also offer 1-2-1 Yoga movement sessions. My hourly rate is £50 or you can buy blocks of four classes for £180 (brings hourly rate to £45) or blocks of six classes for £240 (brings hourly rate to £40).
