Mindful Movement Yoga with Jo aka Joga!

How do you feel about your body?  Do you enjoy as full a range of movement and strength as you would like?  How about your mind? Is it calm and focused?

I am a Yoga and Mindfulness teacher and have found a way of working with people in my classes that helps them come home to their bodies and calm their minds.

These are fairly strong classes but I am very able when it comes to managing mixed ability groups so please don't be afraid to come and try even if you are completely new to Yoga. You do need to be able to bear weight through your wrists though and get up and down from the floor fairly easily as we do a lot of that in class.

So if you are looking for a class that will help you develop strength, mobility and flexibility, as well as give you some time to breathe and step out of your busy life and mind then speak to me.

Classes run on Monday evenings (5.45 to 6.45 and 7.00 to 8.00), Thursday evenings (5.45 to 6.45 and 7.00 - 8.00) and Saturday mornings 9.00 - 10.00 at The Bridge Centre for Natural Health, Mickleover.

My evening classes are currently full with waiting lists with the exception of the Thursday 7.00 class. If you enjoy the taster class and would like a place you would then buy blocks of four consecutive classes for £28.00.

I also offer 1-2-1 0r 1-2-2 Yoga sessions. My hourly rate is £45 or you can buy blocks of four classes for £160 (brings hourly rate to £40) or blocks of six classes for £210 (brings hourly rate to £35).
