Beginners Running Courses in Derbyshire
Hello! My name is Jo and I am an experienced running coach, yoga and mindfulness teacher. I have coached around 250 beginner runners over the last 9-years and loved watching them transition from a gentle run walk starting point (and feeling quite scared and doubtful of their own abilities) to being able to comfortably run 5K.
I am a great believer in the magic of running. For mental as well as physical fitness reasons. But I appreciate that taking up running on your own is not an easy thing to do and so have devised my own 10-week Beginners Running Courses where you can be fully supported and come to experience the magic for yourself in a way that is respectful of the body.
I take a maximum of ten people per course and charge £67.00 for a 10-week course. I currently don't have capacity to offer a course but that may change. In the meantime if you have daytime availability and and want 1-2-1 or small group coaching then get in touch.
