Beginners Running

After a break of a year I am returning to Coaching Beginner Running. I am an experienced running coach, yoga and mindfulness teacher and I have coached over 250 beginner runners over the last 8-years.

I am a great believer in the magic of running. For mental as well as physical fitness reasons. But I appreciate that taking up running on your own is not an easy thing to do and so have devised my own 10-week Beginners Running Courses where you can be fully supported and come to experience the magic for yourself in a way that is respectful of the body.

I am taking bookings now for one course to run on Thursday mornings 9.30 - 10.30 from The Boot in Repton and for another to run on Saturday mornings from The Bridge Centre in Mickleover 10.15 - 11.15.

I take a maximum of ten people per course and charge £67.00 for a 10-week course. This is payable in advance and secures your place. Follow this link to my online booking facility.
