How do you feel about your body? Do you enjoy as full a range of movement and strength as you would like? How about your mind? Is it calm and focused?
I am a Yoga and Mindfulness teacher and have found a way of working with people in my classes that helps them come home to their bodies and calm their minds.
It looks and feels like yoga, with most of the familiar shapes of yoga but unlike some approaches to yoga, has much more of an emphasis on movement between and during the posture work.
These are fairly strong classes but suitable for all abilities providing you can get up and down from the floor fairly easily as we do that a lot.

Classes run on Monday and Thursday evenings (5.45 to 6.45 and 7.00 to 8.00 p.m.) and Saturday mornings (8.45 to 9.45 and 10.00 - 11.00) at The Bridge Centre in Mickleover. You can come and try a class for £7.00 and if you like it and would like a place you buy blocks of four consecutive classes for £26.00.
I also offer 1-2-1 0r 1-2-2 Yoga sessions. My hourly rate is £45 or you can buy blocks of four classes for £160 (brings hourly rate to £40) or blocks of six classes for £210 (brings hourly rate to £35).
