Jo Christa Taylor is a Mindfulness Teacher (MBCT). She offers Mindfulness Workshops, 8-week Courses, Meditation Classes, Retreats and Coaching as well as teaching Mindful Movement Yoga and coaching Beginners Running. She is passionate about helping people to feel more at home in their bodies and more at ease in their minds. She particularly enjoys demystifying Mindfulness and helping people understand what is happening in their brains and bodies when they are experiencing stress, anxiety and overwhelm. And more importantly, what they can do about it.
